At Ancos, we have the skilled staff, the process equipment, and the convenient location to manage your polymer handling needs.

REPACKING

For those customers who require repackaging, we can receive polymer materials by bulk rail, truck, and sea bulk, or in gaylords, totes and bags to meet the customers specific needs.  Our bagging line is a semi-automatic, heat-seal type which allows for the most efficient clean down between product types to eliminate product contamination.

HOMOGENIZING, BLENDING, and SURFACE COATING

Our product blending and homogenizing capabilities extend from 2,000 pounds up to 50,000 pound batches with our stainless steel tumble blending equipment that is engineered from accurate clean down.  We take great pride in our custom blending, and we guarantee precision mixtures of your polymer product blends.

Our specialty blending services also includes powder homogenization in ribbon and plow blenders.

CRYOGENIC GRINDING

Ancos has the capability to cryogenically grind polymer plastic chip with either comminuting or contraplex milling.  Particle size reduction up to 180 microns for most polymer plastics.  Ancos provides polymer powder classification and drying to meet the customer specifications which compliment the cryogenic grinding service.
