DRYING and SOLID STATE POLYMERIZATION

At Ancos, we take pride in our state of the art equipment, and the skilled operators at the controls.  We perform quantitative and qualitative vacuum drying and solid stating in agitator and tumble vacuum dryers, with capacities from 2,000 to 22,000 pound batches.

We can strip and trim dry polymer powder and ship products with high or low viscosities.  All of the equipment product contact points are stainless steel, and engineered to provide efficient clean down to eliminate cross contamination.

POLYMER CRYSTALLIZATION

Ancos has the capability to crystallize polyester in tumble vacuum dryers and with our patented fluidization technology for low melt amorphous polyesters which provides high yields and consistent products.
